Cancellation Policy
Deposit, Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy: Please be advised that Jax Party Rental LLC requires a non-refundable deposit of $100-$200 to secure the date and time of your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 business days before your event date. However, in the event of cancellation, if the entire balance has been paid in advance, a refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable deposit, provided that we receive notification of cancellation at least 7 business days before the scheduled event date. The client will receive a full refund if Jax Party Rental LLC cancels seven days before the event. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
